Last updated 28 October 2026
This policy explains how Orbynn Ltd ("Orbynn", "we") handles personal information sent to us through orbynn.com.
Who we are
Orbynn Ltd is the data controller for information collected through this website. We're registered in England and Wales, company number 17430259. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter in the contact form:
- Brands: your name, work email, company, product website and message.
- Creators: your name, email, YouTube channel link, country and message.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you'd like to, to discuss working together. We don't add you to mailing lists and we never sell your information.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps you've asked for before entering into a contract.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect it.
- Google Fonts supplies the font on this website, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.
- Our email provider stores the enquiries we receive and our replies.
Some of these providers process data outside the UK. When they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to reply and follow up, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless we go on to work together.
Cookies
We don't use cookies for analytics or advertising, and we don't track your visit. Cloudflare may set essential cookies to keep the site secure.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. To make a request, use the contact form on our homepage or write to us at our registered office.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
